GLE Rhino Goods Lift

Using an efficient geared traction drive, the GLE Rhino delivers smooth, reliable transport across multiple floors. The car can be customised in size and finish to accommodate pallets, trolleys, crates, or bulky equipment. Fully compliant with the EC Machinery Directive, the GLE Rhino combines strength, safety, and flexibility in one proven solution.

- Load capacities of 500kg, 1000kg, 1500kg or 2000kg
- Travel up to 9m, maximum of 4 stops
- Speed of 0.15m/s
- Geared traction drive with VVVF speed regulator
- 3-phase 380–415 Vac power supply
- 100mm pit or ramp incorporated into the structure
- Freestanding modular shaft structure in RAL 9005 black
- Steel plate lift car finished in RAL 7032 beige
- Manual single or double hinged landing doors with vision panels, E120 fire resistance
- Safety features including overload protection, safety stop mechanism, vision panels and car illumination

- Goods with attendant model including car operating panel, constant pressure controls, emergency stop, alarm system, light curtain and optional telephone
- Manual picket car doors available with or without electrical interlock
- Landing doors available as shutter or folding gates, or in stainless steel finishes AISI 314 or AISI 316 with E120 fire resistance
- Car floors offered in rubber, aluminium checker plate or steel checker plate finishes
- In-car buffer rails and kick plates in wood, stainless steel or PVC
- Access ramps available in painted metal sheet or aluminium checker plate
- Direct LED car lighting for improved visibility
- Options for voice synthesiser, position displays, intercom and autodialler

What is the maximum load capacity of the GLE Rhino?

The Rhino range is available with load capacities of 500kg, 1000kg, 1500kg, and up to 2000kg for heavy-duty use.
Does it need a pit or machine room?

No. The Rhino comes with a modular freestanding shaft that incorporates a 100mm pit or ramp. No separate machine room or headroom is required.
How long does installation take?

The modular design reduces installation time significantly. It is designed to minimise disruption and can be installed much faster than traditional lift systems.
What safety features are included?

The Rhino includes overload protection, safety stop mechanism, vision panels, and car illumination.
Can the lift be customised to suit different goods sizes?
