The operation of the lift is really simple and the safety aspects are re-assuring. “Just a brief note to commend your two engineers Charlie and Martin who have installed my lift. They were extremely professional, efficient and took the time to explain everything as they were going along. Too often people are quick to complain about service but on this occasion it is very nice to provide positive feedback to you on your operatives.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Are your lifts suitable for listed or heritage buildings?
Yes. Many of our platform and stairlift models are designed for minimal structural impact, making them ideal for heritage-sensitive sites where space or restrictions on building works are a concern.
-
Can you remove an old or broken lift before installing a new one?
We offer full removal services as part of a new installation package. Our engineers handle dismantling safely and efficiently, often reusing existing lift footprints where possible to minimise disruption and cost.
-
Do you work directly with architects and contractors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, specifiers, and main contractors from early design stages through to installation.
-
What types of buildings do you not cover?
We specialise in low-rise access solutions. While our lifts are ideal for schools, care facilities, and commercial properties, we don’t supply lifts for high-rise buildings requiring full EN81-compliant passenger lifts.
