The V6 and V6s are made for real-world challenges – narrow staircases, exposed outdoor settings, and busy public buildings. They don’t need extra room for motor boxes, run quietly, and fold away neatly when not in use.

    • Compact design – folds to just 385mm
    • Battery powered (24V) with safe return in power cuts

  • Can the V6 or V6s be used outdoors?

    Yes. Both models are IP44 rated for outdoor use, with the V6s tested to withstand temperatures from +50°C to -20°C.

  • What’s the maximum weight capacity?

    The standard capacity is 300 kg. The V6s can carry up to 250 kg on steeper gradients (beyond 45°), while the V6 is rated to 225 kg beyond 40°.

  • Is there a power backup?

    Both lifts operate on 24V DC batteries and include a built-in rescue mode that safely lowers the platform in the event of a power cut.

  • How quiet is it?

    The V6s runs at under 50 dB, much quieter than a typical conversation. The smooth traction system ensures minimal noise and vibration during operation.

  • Can I customise the colour?

    Yes. The platform cover can be colour-matched or wrapped to suit the surrounding environment, with additional branding or graphic options if required.

  • What is the difference between the Vimec V6 and V6s?

    Though they share the same core design and features, the V6 is designed for straight staircases, while the V6s is built to handle stairs with intermediate landings or curves.
